The position is versatile with on the one hand you deal with the marketing communication of Qarin as a company (B2B and B2G) and on the other you work for the brandhaltetaxiRRTravel(B2C).

You have feelers in the market in which Qarin operates and you have direct influence on policy and want to build your own team. You have a broad view but are also hands-on within the dynamic organization of Qarin. You know how to switch quickly when necessary and to take your colleagues along with you in the challenges you face. You have the experience to position Qarin as a thought-leader in the market with everything it takes.

On behalf of the province of Gelderland, Qarin will carry out as of April 3, 2022bus stopRRReisfrom. After the introduction campaign, the product will be further marketed in the coming years on the basis of marketing plans to be developed by you.

​Marketing objectives for the coming year:

  • Identifying the potentialbus stopRRReiscustomers on the basis of surveys;

  • Increasing the (spontaneous) brand awareness ofbus stopRRReisin accordance with the desired image and brand identity, both Gelderland-wide and locally;

  • Increasing the use ofbus stopRRReis;

  • Increasing (online) findability;

  • Marketing year plan for 2023.

You initiate marketing communication actions that are recorded in the annual marketing plan. You are hands-on and organize meetings on location to learn more about the travelers and to promote stop taxiRRReis locally. You participate in the marketing consultation of “Experience the public transport” and the marketing consultation of OV-Oost.

What do we ask? 

We are looking for a colleague who is ready for the second or third step in his/her career. For example, someone who has already gained several years of experience as a proposition marketer or marketing communication consultant. You have strong communication skills in speech and writing, creative and you have the ability to think conceptually. In addition, you are able to maintain an overview, you have an affinity with data translation into concrete insights and, above all, you are a great colleague to work with.

What else we like

  • At least five years of experience building apps for web and mobile

  • In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures

  • Experience with Scrum / Agile

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

  • The ability to explain technology to business stakeholders

  • Experience with / knowledge of .NET (Core, Xamarin)
